Thank you for choosing the transformer oil pour point tester. Please read the operating instructions carefully before using the instrument. Pay attention to the precautions in Chapter 6 to avoid the measurement error caused by misoperation.
Chapter I Overview The transformer oil pour point tester meets the requirements of GB510-83 and GB/T 3535-83. The instrument adopts high-performance microprocessors and the latest semiconductor refrigeration technology, as well as high-definition color touch display to realize Chinese character display and human-computer dialogue. The instrument has the self-diagnosis function. It can analyze samples quickly, accurately, repeatable, stable and reliable. It is a special instrument for replacing imported products in power, petroleum and chemical industries.
Chapter II Technical Parameters Temperature measurement: platinum resistance Accuracy: ± 1 Resolution: 0.1 Measuring range: room temperature~- 70 Display: 7-inch color touch display Information storage: 500 data Clock display: power failure hold Oil test dosage: 20ml each time Cooling water requirement: pressure 4.9 × 101~ 4.9 × 105Pa Flow 1.5 l/min Power supply voltage:~220V ± 22V Frequency: 50Hz ± 2.5Hz AC power: ≤ 250VA Ambient temperature: 10~35 Ambient humidity: ≤ 85% RH Weight: about 25kg
Chapter III Working Principle According to the requirements of GB510-83 and GB/T 3535-83, when testing the freezing point of petroleum products, the CPU controls the cooling system to cool the sample, and the color display displays the status, temperature, set value, and clock. When the sample cools to the maximum temperature that cannot be moved (freezing point), the display displays the freezing point temperature, sounds prompt, and prints the test results. When testing the pour point of petroleum products, when the sample is cooled to the lowest temperature that can flow (pour point), the display will display the pour point temperature, sound prompt and print the test results.
Chapter V Usage
(1) Instrument installation
1. Carefully take out the instrument from the packing box and place it on a stable workbench.
2. Remove the hose connecting the cooling water inlet and outlet, unscrew the pipe clamp, connect the cooling water inlet and cooling water outlet with a long hose, and tighten the pipe clamp (to prevent water leakage). The other end of the inlet pipe is connected to the faucet and fixed, and the other end of the outlet pipe is connected to the sewer. After the pipeline is connected, check whether there is water leakage.
3. Connect the oil drain with a piece of hose, and put the other end into the oil barrel.
4. Connect the AC power cord to the AC power socket (note: the socket should have a ground wire).
(2)Instrument function Turn on the power switch and display: Press the menu to display the test interface: Setting interface: Historical data interface:
(3) Test sample freezing point/pour point value
1. Select the test sample. Enter the "setting" menu, click to select the corresponding test type, and set the corresponding temperature value (note: the temperature set at the temperature value is 5-10 degrees lower than the expected freezing point temperature).
3. Clean the oil circuit Carefully pour the sample to be tested into the oil injection port for pipeline flushing (generally two to three times).
4. Connect cooling water: connect the rear output circulating water interface of the instrument to tap water, one in and one out, regardless of sequence.
5. Note for sample test: the cooling circulating water must be connected before sample test. Select the "Test" menu, pour the sample into the sample to be tested from the oil filler on the top of the instrument, press the "Start" button when there is a sample left at the oil drain, the solenoid valve will automatically close, and the liquid level at the oil filler will not be lower than the scale line. The instrument status is changed to "cooling", and the instrument starts to cool. After guiding the cooling to the set temperature, the instrument status will automatically change to "test". The printer will automatically print the test results after the sample freezing point temperature appears. When the temperature returns to room temperature, press the "Confirm" key to repeat the test of the sample.
Chapter VI Precautions
1 The pressure of cooling water should be stable, otherwise the repeatability of the sample will be affected.
2 Open the sample cover when making samples, otherwise the accuracy will be affected.
3 After the first sample analysis, the temperature should be restored to the room temperature before the second sample analysis.
4 When replacing the sample and testing another sample, the oil sample to be tested must be used to clean the oil pipeline.
5 If the test error is large, the cleaning of the oil pipeline should be considered first. Please re-clean and then test. Then consider whether the sample is polluted and whether it absorbs water and gets damp.
6 After the test, screw on the oil filler cap to prevent dirt from falling into the mouth.
