Kdjd-a SF6 density relay tester is an intelligent and automatic SF6 density relay calibration instrument. The instrument adopts the single cycle instruction microcomputer technology, and its running speed is 10 times that of the ordinary single chip microcomputer. It can verify the SF6 density relay with pointer contact output and intelligent current output on site, and capture the action of the density relay in real time by means of interruption. Therefore, the measurement of the instrument is more accurate and timely. This instrument is a portable calibration instrument for standard conversion of SF6 gas pressure under any ambient temperature. It can also automatically calibrate SF6 density gauge and pressure gauge.

 

In a closed container, the pressure of SF6 gas at a certain temperature can represent the density of SF6 gas. Traditionally, SF6 gas pressure at 20 ºC is taken as the standard value. During on-site calibration, the measured pressure value shall be converted into its corresponding pressure value at 20 ºC under different ambient temperatures to judge the performance of SF6 density relay.

The reliable operation of SF6 switch has become one of the most concerned problems of power supply and consumption departments. SF6 gas density relay is an important component used to monitor the change of SF6 gas density in SF6 switch body during operation. Its performance directly affects the operation safety of SF6 switch. The SF6 gas density relay operated on site often has inflexible action and poor contact after a period of time due to its infrequent action. In some cases, the temperature compensation performance of the density relay becomes poor. Sudden changes in ambient temperature often lead to the malfunction of the SF6 density relay.
