Product Introduction
Our fully automatic material breakdown and withstand voltage tester is designed in accordance with the national standard GB1408.1-2006, "Electrical Strength Test Methods for Insulating Materials." Its functions can be described as an electrical insulation strength tester or dielectric strength tester. Its operating principle is to apply a voltage higher than normal operating voltage to the insulator of the device under test for a specified period of time. If this voltage only generates a small leakage current, the insulation is considered good. This device utilizes microelectronic chip processing technology, touch screen control, and host computer operation, making operation simple and straightforward. The test system consists of three modules: a programmable power supply module, a signal acquisition and conditioning module, and a computer control system. Once all test parameters are set, testing is performed automatically, requiring no manual intervention.

Scope of Application
This device is primarily suitable for testing the breakdown strength and withstand voltage of solid insulating materials (such as plastics, rubber, laminates, films, resins, mica, ceramics, glass, insulating varnish, and other insulating materials and components) under power frequency or DC voltage. It is widely used for high-voltage breakdown testing in the power electronics industry, machinery industry, research institutes, and insulation material production units.

11. Overvoltage Protection: A software-configurable cutoff voltage ensures that if an abnormality occurs during the voltage boost process, the device will automatically terminate and return to zero after reaching the specified voltage.
12. High-voltage Mechanical Limit: If the software system loses control and the voltage continues to rise, reaching the high-voltage limit, the system will indicate that the upper limit has been reached.
13. An operating indicator light is provided to indicate whether the device is operating.
