The DC resistance of the transformer is a common test item for semi-finished and finished products factory testing, installation, handover testing, and preventive testing by the power department during transformer manufacturing. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, and broken wires of the transformer coil, as well as hidden dangers after operation. In order to meet the needs of rapid measurement of the DC resistance of the transformer, Kaidi Zhengda Company has developed and manufactured the KDZR series DC resistance tester using its own technological advantages.

 

The KDZR-10A DC resistance tester adopts program-controlled linear constant current source technology, with the characteristics of large output current, multiple current gears, small size, and light weight. The whole machine is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, and automatically completes self-test, data processing, display, storage, printing and other functions. It adopts precision electronic measurement technology, which makes the instrument have high measurement accuracy, wide measurement range, and easy operation. It can realize rapid measurement of the inductive resistance of transformers and voltage transformers.

 

KDZR-10A DC resistance tester meets the requirements of DL/T845.3-2004 "General Technical Requirements for Resistance Measuring Devices Part 3: DC Resistance Tester".
