Safety measures

1. Before using the instrument, you must carefully read the operating instructions. 2. The operator of the instrument shall have common knowledge of general electrical equipment or instruments 3. This instrument can be used indoors and outdoors, but it should not be used in places with heavy rain, corrosive gas, dust, high temperature and direct sunlight. 4. The instrument shall avoid violent vibration. 5. The maintenance, nursing and adjustment of the instrument shall be carried out by professionals. 6. The yellow, green and red of the test clamp correspond to the A, B and C of the transformer respectively. Do not connect them incorrectly. 7. Do not reverse the connection of high and low voltage cables. 8. When measuring single-phase transformer, only yellow and green clamps shall be used. Do not use them incorrectly. Unused test clamps shall be suspended.

 

System description

1. Display: 240 × 128 dot matrix LCD with LED backlight, display operation menu and test results. 2. Printer: printable test results 3. Power socket: it is the power input port of the whole machine, connected to 220V, 50Hz power supply, and the socket is equipped with fuse and switch. 4. instrument grounding column. 5. High voltage terminal: the high voltage terminals a, B and C are connected to the high voltage terminals a, B and C of the transformer through yellow, green and red test lines respectively. 6. Low voltage terminal: the low voltage terminals a, B and C are connected to the low voltage terminals a, B and C of the transformer through yellow, green and red test lines respectively. 7. Brightness: adjust the contrast of the display. 8. Function keys: there are two function keys F1 and F2 on the right side of the display. During instrument operation, press the interface prompt to indicate different functions. 9. Reset key: press this key to reset the whole machine to the initial state. 10. Confirm key: press the confirm key to start testing the transformer. 11. Return key: returns to the initial interface. 12. Up key: move the cursor upward and operate according to the prompts during the use of the instrument. 13. Down key: move the cursor down and operate according to the prompts during the use of the instrument. 14. Left key: move the cursor to the left and operate according to the prompts during the use of the instrument. 15. Right key: move the cursor to the right and operate according to the prompts during the use of the instrument.
