Summary
The KDYZ-30kV Zinc Oxide Surge Arrester DC Parameter Tester is specifically designed to detect internal defects in the MOA valve plate performance of gapless zinc oxide surge arresters used in power systems of 10kV and below. According to the provisions of 16.1 in the "DL/T596-2021 Preventive Test Code for Power Equipment" and "GB/T 11032-2020 AC gapless Metal Oxide Surge Arresters", power plants and substations should perform leakage current testing on metal oxide surge arresters under DC 1mA voltage (U1mA) and 0.75 U1mA before and when necessary during the thunderstorm season each year. According to the measurement regulations, the ambient temperature and relative humidity during the test should be recorded. This instrument has achieved the function of automatically measuring ambient temperature and relative humidity.
This instrument combines DC high-voltage power supply, measurement and control system organically, reducing the size and weight of the instrument. This instrument is suitable for testing under various conditions such as substations, repair workshops, manufacturers, and laboratories.
