Spray tower
|
The built-in glass nozzle is placed inside the spray pipe. The spray is guided by the tower pipe and then dispersed into the test chamber through the conical disperser

Spray regulator
|
Adjust the amount of spray. Increase the spray amount by adjusting it higher, and decrease the spray amount by adjusting it lower.
The salt water preheating tank is located at the bottom of the spray tower. The salt water in this tank flows from the test drug inlet. The water level of the preheating tank is controlled by a float, which can automatically control the water level. There is a drainage outlet for cleaning at the bottom of the tank controlled by a silicone plug.

Collector
|
The amount of mist sprayed by the nozzle falls into the 80cm² funnel cup in a free fall manner, and then flows into the measuring cup through the conduit.

Storage rack
|
This rack is made of plastic steel, so the weight of the concentrated point is limited to no more than 2Kg. If it is placed in a
dispersed manner, it can still withstand less than 10Kg.

Heating water tank

The U-shaped heating tube is the chamber heating water tank, which is used to heat water and keep the temperature of the

|

|

Pressure regulating valve
|

Pressure gauge
|
The pressure displayed by the pointer of this gauge is the pressure reached when the air is heated through the saturated air barrel and transmitted to the nozzle. (Test condition 1Kg/cm²)

Exhaust pipe
|
The diameter of the exhaust pipe is 48MM. The salt mist in the chamber is discharged from this hole. When doing the test, it is best to connect a hose to lead the salt mist to the outside. Do not block or have water accumulation.

Chamber drain valve
|
The red ball valve is equipped with a 4-point PVC water pipe. Open this valve when the chamber water is dirty and needs to be replaced.

Chamber temperature controller
|
It controls the temperature of the chamber. According to the standard temperature setting, the chamber temperature is controlled at 35ºC.

Saturated barrel temperature controller
|
It controls the temperature of the saturated air barrel. It also has a safety protection device. The temperature safety setting value is 5ºC higher than the actual temperature. (Located in the control box)

Timer
|
Adjustable 0.1-999hr. The test time can be set at will. The machine will automatically shut down at the end.

Salt spray test
|
The chamber temperature controller is set at 35ºC, and the pressure barrel temperature controller is set at 47ºC (40ºC-50ºC)

Corrosion test
|
The chamber temperature controller is set at 50ºC, and the pressure barrel temperature controller is set at 65ºC (60-70ºC)
