8. Sorting function: This instrument has a sorting function. The desired value is selected by a preset dial switch. When the test value is less than the preset value, the "bad" indicator light illuminates, indicating that it is not qualified. When the test value is greater than the preset value, the "Bad" indicator light turns off, indicating that it is qualified.
9. Header indication selection: When the Set/Measure key is pressed, the value indicated by the meter head is the preset value of the dial. When the set/measure key is released, the value indicated by the meter head is the measured value.
10. Test fixture measurement/discharge selection: When measurement/discharge is selected as measurement, measure the components on the test fixture. Select Measurement - The measurement state is also in when the signal is heard, and the signal function is turned on. If the signal is not acceptable, an alarm can be heard. When the measurement/discharge option is Discharge, discharge the components on the test fixture.

3 Product Principles 1. Instrument block diagram: 2. High voltage selection and voltage stabilization Due to the fact that point A is a virtual location, the current flowing into point A is I=Vs/R1, and the feedback loop is composed of RF and CF in series. This constitutes an integral circuit that acts as a voltage stabilizer in the DC circuit, so both of them flow through R3 to transistor Q1. The DC input of this circuit uses a negative voltage input and a negative voltage output, so its input voltage is V0=- RS/R1 × Vs 3. Measurement section The balance resistance 1R2 of this circuit adopts 10M Ω, and the offset current is adjusted by 1W1. Set the offset current to O, adjust the input zero by 1W2, and select the magnification by relays J1 to J5. The first stage amplification is: 100 corresponding to the magnification × 10 1K corresponding magnification × ten 10K corresponding magnification × ten 100K corresponding magnification × ten 1M corresponding magnification × ten 10M corresponding magnification × one hundred and five The second stage amplification is: 10V corresponds to 500K magnification × 10-1 25V corresponds to 2M magnification × 100 KD2685A × 10-1KD2686A 50V corresponds to 1M magnification × one hundred 100V corresponds to 500K magnification × one hundred 250V corresponds to 200K magnification × one hundred 500V corresponds to 1M magnification × 101KD2685A × 100 KD2686A 1000V corresponds to 500K magnification × one hundred and one

Plug in the power plug, press the panel power switch to the ON position, preheat for 10 minutes, and perform a normal test. 2. Select the appropriate voltage, KD2685A: (10V, 25, 50V, 100V, 250V, 500V); KD2686A: (25V, 50, 100V, 250V, 500V, 1000V) (Note that the voltage at the test output terminal is negative, please note when measuring electrolytic capacitance). Select the appropriate magnification gear (10 × 10 × 10 × 10 × 10 × 105. 3. Place the preset dial switch at the corresponding value, which can be indicated on the meter head by a setting/measuring switch. When measuring, press this switch. 4. In the measurement state (i.e., press the preset/measurement switch), adjust the " knob" to correct the zero point. 5. Set the measurement/discharge to discharge to make the instrument terminal uncharged, connect the measured piece, set the measurement/discharge to measurement or the measurement signal to be in the measurement state, and the instrument will start charging and measuring the measured piece. At this time, the pointer on the meter head is unstable and will move linearly. 6. When the pointer on the meter head is stable, its indicated value and unqualified judgment can be read out. 7. Press the measurement/discharge button to remove the measured part. 8. Repeat the above steps for the next measurement. 6 Precautions 1. When measuring, the ambient humidity must be less than 80% RH, otherwise the magnification × 105 hours. Large zero drift and low measurement accuracy. 2. When measuring electrolytic capacitance, connect the test output terminal to the negative electrode of the electrolytic capacitor, otherwise this capacitor will be damaged. Please be careful. 3. To ensure measurement accuracy, please reliably ground. 4. When measuring greater than 1010 Ω, it is best to shield the measuring wire. 5. It is strictly prohibited to switch the voltage selection switch during measurement. 7 General inspection 1. When the ambient humidity is ≤ 80% RH, it is normal for the pointer of the power on meter to be at the position. 2. The meter indicates inspection. When the setting/measurement is in the set position, the preset value should be accurately positioned on the meter head, otherwise it is abnormal. 8 Packing list 1.
