KDRB-X transformer winding deformation tester can accurately judge the internal fault of transformer based on the measurement of the characteristic parameters of the internal winding of the transformer and the use of the internal fault frequency response analysis (FRA) method currently being developed in developed countries.
KDRB-X transformer winding deformation tester is a transformer winding tester developed based on response analysis method, which is suitable for internal structure fault detection of 63kV~500kV power transformers. KDRB-X transformer winding deformation tester quantifies the response changes of transformer internal winding parameters in different frequency domains, and then determines the change degree of transformer internal winding according to the magnitude of its change value, the amplitude of frequency response change, the region and the trend of frequency response change, so as to judge whether the transformer has been seriously damaged and whether it needs to be overhauled according to the measurement results.
The KDRB-X transformer winding deformation tester is a high-precision measurement system composed of a laptop computer and a single chip computer. It is compact in structure, simple in operation, and has relatively complete testing and analysis functions. It can be operated by itself according to the user manual or after short-term training.

Technical features:
1. High speed and highly integrated microprocessor is used for acquisition and control.
2. The instrument is equipped with an industrial personal computer for independent use. It does not need a laptop, but can also be connected to the laptop through USB interface.
3. The instrument will automatically analyze and judge the test results and generate electronic documents (Word) for saving and printing.
4. The instrument simultaneously meets the technical conditions of power standards DL/T911-2016 Frequency Response Analysis Method for Power Transformer Winding Deformation and DL/T1093-2008 Guide for Detection and Judgment of Power Transformer Winding Deformation by Reactance Method,
5. High speed dual channel 16 bit A/D sampling (when the tap changer is changed in the field test, the waveform curve has obvious changes).
6. The hardware movement of frequency response method adopts DDS special digital high-speed frequency scanning technology (America). Through testing, it can accurately diagnose winding twist, bulge, displacement, tilt, inter turn short circuit deformation, inter phase contact short circuit and other faults.
7. The frequency response method has the dual measurement system function of linear sweep frequency measurement and segmented sweep frequency measurement, and is compatible with the measurement modes of two current domestic technical schools.
8. The amplitude frequency characteristic of frequency response method shall conform to the technical specifications of the national amplitude frequency characteristic tester. The abscissa (frequency) has two kinds of linear graduation and logarithmic graduation, so the printed curve can be either a linear graduation curve or a logarithmic graduation curve, which can be selected by the user according to actual needs.
9. The impedance method adopts the three-phase connection and single-phase measurement method. The short-circuit impedance of each phase can be calculated by connecting the low-voltage side in short circuit and the high-voltage side in a one-time automatic measurement.
10. The impedance method can synchronously measure the voltage, current and frequency, and display the real-time waveform of the test
