This instrument is a specialized equipment for eliminating residual magnetism in large power transformers. It plays an important role in protecting transformers from the impact of excitation inrush current, ensuring safe operation, and extending the service life of transformers.
During normal operation and testing, residual magnetism will be generated in the iron core of a large capacity transformer. When the capacity of the transformer is large, the harm of residual magnetism will also increase accordingly. Residual magnetism may cause misoperation of relay protection devices, resulting in the failure of transformer operation; At the same time, residual magnetism may also cause abnormal test results and affect the quality of electricity after transmission. Therefore, when abnormal phenomena or faults occur due to residual magnetism during the operation of transformers, they should be taken seriously. For this purpose, our company has developed a series of transformer demagnetization products. The demagnetization instrument for power transformers is a new generation demagnetization instrument independently developed by our company.
