Product Overview
 
Zinc oxide arrester tester is a special instrument used to test the electrical performance of zinc oxide arresters. This instrument is applicable to the live or power-off detection of zinc oxide arresters of various voltage levels, so as to timely find out the dangerous defects such as damp insulation inside the equipment and aging of valve blades.
 
The zinc oxide arrester tester is simple to operate and convenient to use. The whole measurement process is controlled by a single chip microcomputer. It can measure the full current, resistive current and its harmonics, power frequency reference voltage and its harmonics, active power and phase difference of the zinc oxide arrester. The large screen can display the real waveform of voltage and current.
 
The instrument uses digital waveform analysis technology and software anti-interference methods such as harmonic analysis and digital filtering to make the measurement result accurate and stable. It can accurately analyze the content of fundamental wave and 3rd ~ 7th harmonic, overcome the influence of phase to phase interference, and accurately measure the resistance current of side force phase arrester.
 
This machine is equipped with high-speed panel printer and rechargeable battery, which is very convenient for testers to use on site. The instrument adopts a unique high-speed magnetic isolation digital sensor to directly collect the input voltage and current signals, ensuring the reliability and safety of the data.
 
Zinc oxide arrester tester is used to measure and analyze the full current of zinc oxide arrester (MOA), and its main purpose is to measure the resistive current of MOA, so as to judge the moisture and aging degree of MOA. This instrument can be used not only for on-site live measurement, but also for factory and acceptance tests in the laboratory.
