The device adopts a high-speed microcontroller design, LCD display, and touch button design, which has the advantages of convenient operation, stable and reliable performance, and high degree of automation. The KDCJ-20kV impulse withstand voltage tester is based on a high-speed microcontroller, which forms a human-machine interaction system through LCD display and touch buttons. Relevant parameters are set through the Chinese operation menu. The microcontroller controls the output voltage of the high-voltage generator according to the parameter settings, controls the ignition device according to the set time interval, outputs high-voltage pulses through the resistance capacitance network, and detects whether breakdown occurs based on the impulse leakage current.
