The kdjjc-80kv transformer insulating oil tester is designed based on the relevant provisions of the national standard of the people's Republic of China - Determination of breakdown voltage of insulating oil - GB / T 507-2002, the standard of the people's Republic of China - Determination of dielectric strength of insulating oil - DL 429.9-91 and iec156 determination of dielectric strength of insulating oil, with the introduction of foreign advanced technology and the combination of single-chip microcomputer control and liquid crystal display system. It is suitable for measuring oil for power equipment with voltage below 220kV and various insulating liquids with viscosity of no more than 350mm2 / s at 40 ºC.

Kdjjc-80kv transformer insulation oil tester is designed as a single unit, with dignified, elegant and generous shape; 128 * 64 LCD display (blue screen / black and white screen / green screen optional). The test process adopts the full computer management mode. The parameters such as voltage and time involved are displayed by a 128 * 64 dot matrix backlight LCD. On this LCD, the user will also see the working status of the instrument and rich operation tips.

Kdjjc-80kv transformer insulation oil tester has powerful data processing function: it can remember the past 500 test results. At the same time, it has four sets of standard inspection procedures that comply with GB / T 507, DL 429.9 and ice156. You can select any standard inspection procedure to test the sample according to your work needs.

Purpose and characteristics

1. Suitable for testing dielectric strength of various insulating oils.

4. Fully automatic magnetic vibrator is used for stirring to eliminate the unevenness and bubbles of the oil sample.

5. The single-chip microcomputer is used to control the uniform voltage rise, and the voltage frequency is accurate to 50Hz, which makes the whole process easy to control.

6. According to the requirements set by the user (national standard / ministry standard / ice standard / user-defined standard), four sets of standard procedures are automatically executed.
