Feature of KDYD-YW Salt Spray Testing Chamber:

1. KDYD-YW Salt Spray Testing Chamber is for various materials surface treatment, including coating, electroplating, organic and inorganic film, anodizing, anti-rust oil and other anti-corrosion treatment to test its corrosion resistance, so as to establish the quality of the product.
2. The spray system adopts the Bernouette principle to absorb salt water and then atomize. The atomization degree is uniform, and there is no blocking crystallization phenomenon, which can ensure the standard of continuous testing.
3. The air supply system is roughly adjusted to 2Kg/cm2 in the first stage, and the imported air filter is equipped with a drainage function. The second stage is precisely adjusted to 1Kg/cm2, and the 1/4 pressure gauge displays accurately.
4. Direct heating is adopted, the heating speed is fast to reduce the standby time. When the temperature is reached, it automatically switches to the constant temperature state, the temperature is accurate, and the power consumption is low. Pure titanium heating tube is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and has a long service life.
5. The test room and pressure barrel both use LCD double-digit temperature controllers with microcomputer automatic calculation function, and the control error is ±1.0ºC. The circuit board is treated with moisture-proof and corrosion-proof treatment, with high precision and long service life.
