Time: inherent opening and closing time of 12 breaks, phase synchronization, phase-to-phase synchronization.

Reclosing: closing-opening, opening-closing, opening-closing-opening process time of each break: one-opening time, one-closing time, two-closing time, short-circuit time, and no-current time value.

Bounce: closing bounce time, number of bounces, bounce process, and bounce waveform of each break; rebound amplitude of each break.

Speed: just opening and just closing speed, maximum speed, time-stroke characteristic curve.

Stroke: total stroke, opening distance, overstroke, overshoot stroke, and rebound amplitude.

Current: opening and closing current values and current waveforms of opening and closing coils.

Energy storage: In the setting interface of the instrument, after turning on the voltage adjustment function, the screen displays the current voltage value. Use the up and down keys for fine adjustment and the left and right keys for coarse adjustment. After adjusting to the required voltage, keep this interface still, turn on the energy storage switch, and there will be output.

Action voltage: The machine provides DC20256V/15A digital adjustable circuit breaker action power supply, automatically completes the low voltage action test of the circuit breaker, and measures the action voltage value of the circuit breaker.

Features

It is suitable for mechanical characteristic tests of various types of SF6 switches, GIS combination electrical appliances, vacuum switches, and oil switches produced at home and abroad. With super strong anti-interference ability, it can easily test and accurately measure even when the bypass bus of the 500KV substation is energized. Linear linear sensor and rotary sensor are easy and simple to install. The switch is actuated once to obtain the data of the switch mechanical characteristic test and the corresponding waveform spectrum.

 

The host can store on-site test data, and the real-time clock in the machine is convenient for archiving and saving the test date and time. The host has a large screen, wide temperature, straight perspective, background light LCD, and Chinese display of all data and spectrum, LCD contrast electronic adjustment, and power-off memory.
