The machine is easy to operate and beautiful. The instrument is controlled by a fully automatic digital microcomputer, with the acid-base neutralization reaction of chemical analysis as the basic framework, and with the self-developed background blank deduction and titration end point logic judgment program, so the precision and accuracy of the measurement are ideal.

 

The acid value detection of transformer and turbine oil is a routine inspection item for oil filled electrical equipment of power system and industrial and mining enterprises, while the full-automatic oil acid value tester is a special equipment developed by our company for the acid value measurement of the above oil products. The instrument takes a single chip microcomputer as the core, and integrates the multidisciplinary technologies of light, machinery, electricity and chemistry. It basically completely replaces manual operation, which not only improves the work efficiency, but also reduces the labor intensity of operators, and minimizes the harm of organic solvents and other chemicals to the human body.

 

The full-automatic oleic acid value tester adopts the principle of neutralization method. Under normal temperature, the microcomputer control automatically completes liquid adding, stirring, titration and endpoint judgment. The touch LCD screen is used to select all working parameters. The man-machine conversation interface is simple and friendly, and the operation is convenient. The average analysis period of the oil sample is about 2 minutes. Up to 35 groups of determination results can be displayed respectively, and multiple parameters related to determination can be printed out. Special reagent bottles are used to contain the extraction solution and neutralization solution. The extract liquid is stored in glass containers to ensure no plastic additive pollutants. The neutralization solution is stored in polyethylene plastic bottles, completely avoiding the possibility of the reaction between caustic potash and glass.

 

In addition, the neutralization liquid balance gas solid purification device has been independently developed, which completely avoids the impact of carbon dioxide and water vapor on the concentration of the neutralization liquid, and will not cause the accident of using the high concentration caustic potassium or caustic soda purification solution as the titration standard solution. Users do not need to touch organic solvents with their hands during the work process, which reduces the harm of chemicals to human body.
