Kd-2191 intelligent cable comprehensive detector is a path detection instrument with strong comprehensive performance. It has many functions such as pipeline path detection, cable identification, grounding resistance test, insulation resistance test, etc. The instrument is composed of transmitter, transmitting current clamp, receiver, receiving flexible current clamp, connecting test line, stethoscope, etc.

Pipeline route detection can be used for route detection, pipeline survey and depth measurement of metal pipelines and underground cables without excavation. The instrument uses a variety of filter technologies and has certain anti-interference ability. It can accurately locate and sounding. It is suitable for the detection and patrol of various underground metal pipelines, pipeline management and maintenance, municipal planning and construction, power supply and other departments. It is one of the necessary instruments for pipeline maintenance units. This function is realized by signal transmitter, receiver, signal transmission clamp and connecting test line.

The instrument has the following characteristics:

Application scenarios and specific functions of the instrument
Cable identification is designed for power cable engineers and cable workers to solve the technical problems of cable identification. Live cables and power cut cables can be identified. The user can accurately identify one of the target cables from multiple cables through the instrument to avoid serious accidents caused by wrong sawing of live cables.

During cable identification, 10 cables can be calibrated in advance at the transmitting end and then received at the remote end for identification, which greatly saves the round-trip operation time of engineering personnel and improves work efficiency. Mark √ for successful cable identification and mark √ for non target cable ×, It can quickly and automatically identify the target cable. This function is realized by signal transmitter, receiver, signal transmitting clamp, connecting test line, flexible caliper and stethoscope. The stethoscope can be used when it is not convenient to use the caliper.

The ground resistance test uses the precision 4-wire method to measure the ground resistance on the site, and introduces FFT (fast Fourier transform) technology and AFC (automatic frequency control) technology to automatically identify the interference and select the measurement frequency to minimize the impact of the interference. The maximum rated output current is 6mA, and the measurement range is 0.001 Ω ~ 2000 Ω. The function is realized by the cooperation of the receiver and the connecting test line.

Insulation resistance test is specially used for insulation test in laboratory or on site. It is suitable for measuring the resistance of various insulating materials and the insulation resistance of transformers, motors, cables and electrical equipment. Embedded high-precision micro current measurement system, digital boost system, automatic discharge circuit, etc. The rated output test voltage range is 100V ~ 2500V, and the insulation resistance measurement range is 0.01M Ω ~ 2.50t Ω. The function is realized by the signal transmitter and the connecting test line.

Signal transmitter: used for pipeline path detection, cable identification and insulation resistance test. It can also identify 50Hz and 250Hz power frequency signals and RF signals with center frequencies of 33khz and 82khz. The 3.5-inch color LCD screen is used to dynamically display 360 ° all-round pipeline route indication, depth, current and relative position of the pipeline in real time.

Flexible current clamp: used for cable identification. The current clamp is a Rockwell coil, which has excellent transient tracking ability and can quickly identify the pulse coded current generated by the transmitter. It is suitable for thick cables or conductors with irregular shapes.
