Product Introduction
KDSF induction withstand voltage test device uses the saturation characteristics of the magnetic circuit to extract the third harmonic voltage with the largest component in the harmonic as the power supply of the generator, and performs frequency-doubled and voltage-doubled tests between turns, between sections, and between layers on induction coil electrical products to assess the insulation strength and withstand voltage level of the coil.

The KDSF induction withstand voltage test device adopts a three-core five-column structure. The working magnetic flux density of the iron core is selected to be above the saturation magnetic flux density, so that the vector sum of the fundamental wave potential (positive sequence vector) in the secondary winding with the opening connected in a triangle is 0, and the two ends of the opening should produce the same-phase 150Hz third harmonic (zero sequence).
