Usage method
1. Single use Before the test, the high-voltage tail end of the test transformer shall be reliably grounded, otherwise the safety of personnel and equipment will be endangered. Be familiar with the electrical principle and use method of the test transformer and power control box before operation. Wire according to the wiring diagram. Preparations and safety measures are ready, and the equipment is air tested once. Connect the tested object. Switch on the power supply, and the power indicator of the control box (console) lights up. Press the closing button, and the closing indicator lights up. Apply voltage evenly clockwise, and watch the voltage amplitude at the stage when the voltmeter reaches and the condition of the tested object until the rated test voltage is reached. Keep the specified withstand voltage time and watch the ammeter and the tested object. When the withstand voltage time is up, watch the kV meter and quickly return the voltage regulator to zero. Discharge through resistance with discharge rod, and then discharge directly to ground. The high-voltage part may be discharged one by one at the charging part, and the high-voltage line lead shall be changed or removed, so far as this (phase) test is terminated
