Feature of KD2675-5kVA/30kV Power Frequency Hipot Tester:

1. Voltage, current, time, status information and prompt information are displayed on a 7-inch high-definition touch color screen (optional 10-inch).
2. Automatic mode, manual mode, (optional mobile phone wireless APP automatic mode, mobile phone wireless APP manual mode).
3. Fully digital calibration method, abandoning the old potentiometer adjustment, easy to use on site, and easy to control accuracy (this function is password protected).
4. The test transformer ratio is directly set by button (this function is password protected). When connecting testers of different voltage levels, one console/box can be used with multiple transformers.
5. During the test, there is a flashing high-voltage symbol on the screen to remind the operator to pay attention to safety at all times.
6. The test result display function can automatically judge the test results (test pass or test fail), and can reliably record the voltage of the test product when it is overcurrent, flashover or breakdown.
7. Test result sound alarm function. When the test passes or fails, the equipment will emit different alarm sounds, and the test personnel can directly identify the test results by the alarm sound.
8. Pause function: When the voltage is automatically controlled, this function can pause the voltage increase or decrease at any point. The pause time can be flexibly controlled by the test personnel, which is convenient for observing the test product status.
9. Automatic timing function and manual timing function.
10. Manual control mode: This mode is similar to the traditional electric voltage increase/decrease mode. The increase/decrease is controlled by buttons. The equipment automatically determines the upper/lower limit and has overvoltage protection.
11. Intelligent control of voltage increase speed: when the voltage reaches 80% of the target voltage, the voltage increase speed will automatically slow down. When the target voltage reaches 90%, the voltage increase speed will slow down further.
12. The combination of hardware and software anti-interference technology is adopted, with stable performance and strong anti-interference ability.
