Products Overview
Thank you for choosing our fully automatic water-soluble acid tester.
We hope that this instrument can make your work more relaxed and pleasant, and make you feel office automation in the test and analysis work.
Before using the instrument, please read this manual and operate and maintain the instrument according to the manual to extend its service life.
The operation feature of this instrument is that "the test will be completed automatically with a slight press".
The full-automatic water-soluble acid tester (colorimetric method) is designed and manufactured according to the national standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T7598-2008 Determination of water-soluble acid in transformer oil in operation and related standards. With large screen LCD display and microprocessor control, it can automatically complete heating, constant temperature, oscillation, sampling, testing, cleaning, printing and other functions according to the user's set conditions. It can measure 1-3 samples at a time, greatly reducing the user's test time. Moreover, the instrument has a USB interface to communicate with the computer.
Instructions
1. Preparation process before startup
Take 50ml of the oil sample to be measured and put it into a 250ml conical flask. Add 50ml of the distilled water that has just been boiled. Cover the matching cork of the conical flask and put it into the corresponding groove of the instrument. Connect the corresponding connecting tubes of each cup position, and then clamp it with a fixing rod. Finally, cover the box. (As shown in Figure 1), take a clean test cup and place it in the corresponding test cup position of the test disk;
Fix the indicator bottle bracket on the left rear of the equipment, take bromocresol purple and bromocresol green indicators and place them in the indicator bottle bracket, open the sealing cap, replace the working cap, and connect them with the corresponding equipment interface with hoses
2. Connect the power
-Connect the instrument to the power supply, ground the instrument shell reliably, and turn on the power switch.
-After startup, the main operation interface is displayed
1. Parameter setting: it is used to set several parameters such as instrument oscillation time, standing time, heating temperature, cup position selection, indicator selection and whether to print. (For more accurate temperature control, the instrument starts to vibrate at the first 5 ºC of the set heating temperature.
Click the parameter setting to enter the parameter setting interface, and touch to change the parameter setting of the instrument. The instrument defaults to the national standard mode. If you need to change the test conditions, you can click the data, and the keypad will pop up automatically. After entering the required data, click the "OK" key, and the data will be saved automatically
To select the test cup position, click the small cursor on the right of the cup position" To test this cup position, "ν" means not to test this cup position. If you need to set the indicator, just click the indicator cursor to automatically complete the transformation
2. Instrument calibration - it is used to input standard data during equipment debugging or calibration. The customer does not need to operate on this interface during use. If you need to operate, please contact the manufacturer for a password before entering the interface for operation. Note: Entering wrong data after entering this interface will affect the accuracy of the value!
3. Start the test --- it is the center of the instrument
(1) Click the button on the left of "Direct Test" to test the sample directly. It is generally used to determine the standard buffer solution to determine whether the instrument should be calibrated. (Please place the test solution cup at the bottom of the needle)
(2) Tap the left button of "Start Test" at this position to conduct standardized mode test on the selected cup position, including heating, oscillation, standing, liquid extraction, measurement, data storage and printing the entire test process.
Note: During the automatic test, the instrument first uses the selected indicator for the test (bromocresol purple is generally selected). If the test fails, the buzzer will give an alarm and prompt for changing the cup. Add another indicator for the test. Change the empty cup to the tip cup position and click OK. The instrument automatically uses bromocresol green as the indicator for the test.
4. System cleaning - in this interface, you can clean each pipeline. In this interface, you can select whether to clean by changing the cursor in front of each working pump" " To clean this cup position, "ν" means not to clean this cup position. After selecting the cup position, click "Start, Start" to start cleaning, and click "Stop" to stop cleaning. Note: If you need to clean which cup position, please replace the liquid inlet of this cup position with clean distilled water or absolute ethanol in advance!

5. Indicator exhaust ---- It is mainly used to exhaust the air in the indicator pipeline to ensure the accuracy of the value. If the equipment is used for a period of time or there is air in the pipeline, this step must be carried out before the first test. Before the indicator is emptied, please place the waste liquid cup in the "Cup 1" position, click the "Indicator Exhaust" button on the main interface, and the interface will automatically enter the interface, and then click the "Bromocresol Violet Exhaust" or "Bromocresol Green Exhaust" buttons respectively to exhaust, Click the "Exit" button after the indicator needle discharges liquid to end the exhaust operation. After the exhaust, please take out the waste liquid cup, place the clean test cup in the No. 1 cup position, and wait for the test. Note: This operation only needs to be performed during the first test or when there is air in the pipeline, and it is not necessary to perform this operation every time!
6. Historical data ---- after the test results are saved, the test results can be viewed and printed through historical data, and 100 groups of historical data can be stored
Preparation method of PH indicator
1. Bromocresol green: grind 0.1g bromocresol green with 7.5ml 0.02mol/L sodium hydroxide, and dilute to 250ml with demineralized water. Adjust the PH value to 4.5~5.4 with 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid
2. Bromocresol violet: Dissolve 0.1g of bromocresol violet in 9.25ml0.02mol/L sodium hydroxide, and dilute to 250ml with demineralized water. Adjust the pH value to 6.0 with 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid
