Product Description

Residual Current Action Protector Tester Current Switch Earth Leakage Protector Tester
Product Overview:

The KDNM500-1 residual current protector tester is suitable for electronic 2P circuit breakers. Electromagnetic 1P+N, 2P, 3P, 3P+N, and 4P circuit breakers can all be tested.

The simulated residual current provided by this tester is suitable for various types of residual protectors with rated residual operating current below 500mA. The test voltage values can be selected by the band switch: 50V, 220V, 85V, 380V, 500V, and each voltage level is continuously adjustable.

The measurement of residual operating current and operating time in this tester is digitized and displayed on a 3-digit semi luminous crystal digital tube. After the residual protector is activated, the display of the measured value can still be maintained for easy reading and recording.

Basic parameters and main technical indicators:
Provide residual current:
a. Adjustable residual (fine adjustment can also be adjusted within a small range) in two levels: 2-20mA and 20-100mA;
b. Non adjustable residual current: 150mA, 200mA, 250mA, 375 mA, 500mA, a total of five levels;
The provided test sample voltage is divided into five levels: 50V, 220V, 85V, 380V, and 500V (50V, 85V, 380V, and 500V are short-term working systems)
Measurement display: Three and a half digit luminescent crystal digital tube.
Measurement resolution:
a. Remaining current: 0.01 mA;
b. Action time: 1ms.
Measurement range:
a. Remaining current: 20mA, 200mA, 2A three levels;
b. Action time: 2 seconds (accumulated over available cycle readings).
Measurement accuracy:
a. Remaining current: ± 1%;
b. Action time: ± 0.2%, read+2ms and ± 1 word.
Instrument power supply: AC220V ± 10%, maximum power consumption: 50VA.
Dimensions: 410 × 255 × 200 (length × width × height), excluding machine legs and handles.
The size of the test current can be customized according to customer needs.
Normal operating conditions of the tester
a Temperature range of 0-40 degrees Celsius
b Relative humidity is 20-85%

Working principle:
The coil of the contactor is connected to the control circuit of low-voltage equipment. When the voltage at both ends of the coil reaches 70% or more of the rated value, the iron core is magnetically saturated and attracts the armature, while driving its main contact to connect to the main power supply to the electrical backup. When the coil of the contactor loses power, the armature is released, and the main contact is disconnected to cut off the main power supply of the equipment.

The coil of a relay is connected to the corresponding circuit according to the different DC, AC, current, and voltage. When the conditions for coil attraction are met, the armature is attracted, driving its normally open and normally closed contacts to act accordingly, playing different roles in the circuit. Some relays can be charged for a long time, while others cannot. Therefore, some relays in the circuit will not cause the shutdown of electrical equipment even if they lose power, while others will not cause the equipment to start and operate even if they receive power.
