The lubricating oil foam characteristic tester meets the requirements of GB/T12579 and ASTMD892. It is applicable to the determination of foam tendency and foam stability of lubricating oil under standard conditions. The instrument adopts digital PID temperature automatic control system, with high temperature control accuracy; The display adopts high-definition color touch display, which makes man-machine conversation intuitive and convenient; Automatic timing, air supply, simple and practical test operation.
 
Usage
1. Installation environment FOAM-CN lubricating oil foam characteristic tester shall be installed in a clean and dry room.
2. Power supply The instrument shall use 220V, 50Hz single-phase AC power supply without large fluctuation, and the instrument shall be well grounded.
3. Instrument installation
(1) Take out the host and its accessories carefully from the packaging box, and be careful not to damage the bathtub. Check whether all accessories are complete according to the instrument packing list.
(2) Hang the drying tower on the rear panel of the chassis as shown in the overall drawing, and connect the silica gel tubes at the air inlet and outlet.
(3) Place the two bathtubs on the two bases according to the structural drawing, and gently place the high and low temperature bath electric heating tubes on the two bathtubs. Handle them with care during operation to avoid damaging the glass tanks. It should be noted that the sequence of high and low temperature baths should not be reversed.
(4) Inject distilled water into the water filling holes of the two bathtubs respectively. When two 1000ml measuring cylinders are immersed in the bath, the height from the water surface to the edge of the bathtub should always be about 50mm.
(5) Connect the control box and the electric heating pipe with the control cable.
