Product Overview

The KDGK-VI high-voltage switch running-in test system is designed for the running-in test of circuit breakers (high-voltage switches) and contactors (only closing coils). The system uses an industrial computer, Windows 10 software, a 500G hard drive, a 15-inch touch screen, and is equipped with a mouse and keyboard operation. The interface is user-friendly, the parameter setting is intuitive, and the operation is simple. Modular integrated design, 6 units can be run-in at the same time (8 units can be expanded), and each unit can be operated independently without the host computer. It uses a newly developed switching power supply, which is light in weight, imported high-power IGBT control, fast high and low voltage conversion response, accurate voltage output, and improved work efficiency. It overcomes the shortcomings of using time relays for running-in in the past, poor control ability, and easy burning of the opening and closing coils, effectively protects the integrity of the high-voltage switch, and overcomes the problems of using power frequency voltage regulators, which are bulky, slow voltage regulation when different voltage outputs, large voltage errors, and insufficient power at low voltages and cannot be closed or opened.

Main functions

1. Operation function: Aging tests such as single opening, single closing, closing opening, opening closing, opening closing opening and closing opening can be performed according to preset parameters.

2. With memory function, when the switch aging times do not reach the set times and are interrupted due to unexpected power failures, the next test can choose the last breakpoint position to continue the test, or choose to retest (reset to zero).

3. The interval time between opening and closing can be set, and the setting range is: 1-999 seconds.

4. The output time between opening and closing can be set, and the setting range is: 10-1000 milliseconds.

5. Each station has an independent operating power supply, and three different voltages can be set to simultaneously close, open, and store energy (low voltage aging).

6. The sound alarm of refusal to close and refusal to open stops the action, and the number of allowed errors can be set before stopping.
