KDBR-N transformer capacity tester has the advantages of small size, simple operation and easy use. It has upgraded the internal processor, data acquisition system and national standard data, making the instrument more widely available and more accurate.
 
KDBR-N transformer capacity tester includes functions such as transformer capacity, transformer no-load loss, transformer load loss and its code level determination, and electrical parameter measurement. The instrument has a high-efficiency rechargeable battery inside and can work without an external power supply. A fully charged battery can continuously measure more than 200 transformers. In addition, the instrument can provide a three-phase precision 50Hz sine wave AC test power supply. When measuring transformer capacity and transformer load loss, there is no need for an external three-phase test power supply and auxiliary equipment such as a voltage regulator and a current booster, thereby improving work efficiency.
 
This product has many advantages such as small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability and simple operation. It can replace the previous method of measuring transformer loss and capacity using the multi-meter method. The wiring is simpler, and testing and recording are more convenient, which greatly improves your work efficiency.

3. With complete electronic help, each operation has a wiring diagram and text description, and the operation is intuitive and simple.
 
4. Built-in large-capacity memory, which can store 1,000 sets of test data. USB port communication, on-site test data can be saved, and data can be uploaded to the PC according to customer needs.
 
5. Integrates mainstream wired (RS232) and wireless communication (Bluetooth, WIFI) functions to facilitate data upload and remote control.
 
6. With program remote upgrade function, the instrument program can be remotely upgraded according to customer requirements.
 
7. The real-time voltage channel and current channel waveform display can be observed in each test interface.
 
8. The voltage, current, frequency, power factor, active power, reactive power, and apparent power of the test circuit are displayed in real time through a single interface to facilitate the judgment of on-site wiring conditions.
 
9. The standard customized low-voltage short-circuit wire can firmly short-circuit the transformer terminal under test without screws and wrenches, which is convenient for on-site testing.
 
10. The capacity of various distribution transformers and power transformers can be measured on-site without the need for additional power supply, making the detection more convenient and faster
 
11. All test results are automatically corrected. You only need to enter relevant parameters (such as temperature, no-load correction coefficient, etc.), and the instrument can automatically perform various corrections such as waveform deformation correction, temperature correction, non-rated voltage correction, non-rated current correction, etc., to make the test results more accurate
 
12. In the transformer characteristic measurement, the maximum voltage range can reach 1000V, the maximum current range can reach 100A, and the internal protection circuit is equipped. The measurement accuracy can be guaranteed without switching the gear during measurement, and there is no need to worry about burning the instrument due to the wrong gear selection.
 
13. When testing the transformer characteristics, the voltage and current ranges can be flexibly and easily expanded, simply by connecting external voltage transformers and current transformers, which widens the test range of the instrument.
 
14. Based on the no-load and load losses in the test results, the performance level of three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformers and power transformers can be automatically estimated for on-site reference by staff.
