Main Features

1. Components: Booster operation box (bench), test transformer, insulating boots, gloves and test water tank.
2. The addition of insulation support can realize the test of safety instruments such as capacitance type electric testing pen, insulation rod and phase corer.
3. Equipped with insulating shoes and gloves withstand voltage table to test 8 insulating shoes or gloves at the same time, and measure the leakage current respectively. The multi-channel high-pressure leakage current measurement patented technology and infrared data communication technology are used to achieve the purpose of safely measuring high-pressure leakage current. Through the application of this technology, the tester is completely isolated from the high-voltage system, which can not only accurately measure multiple high-voltage leakage currents, but also ensure the personal safety of test personnel.
 
4. The instrument adopts 7-inch TFT touch large screen LCD Chinese character display, high-speed thermal printer, large amount of display information, and 8-channel high-voltage leakage current, test voltage, current, timing time, perpetual calendar and other parameters and Chinese character prompt content can be displayed on one screen at the same time.
 
5. The test bench has two working modes: dry test and wet test. The test bench is equipped with a full-automatic water injection device to facilitate the water injection operation of the test object. During the dry test, steel balls can be used as high-voltage electrodes of insulating shoes.
 
6. The full-automatic water injection device uses a built-in water storage tank, which can be recycled only by injecting water once.
 
7. Carry out the voltage withstand test automatically, and the instrument will automatically switch on, step up, time, step down to zero and power off.
 
8. Parameters such as test voltage and primary current of test transformer can be measured. The operation console is isolated from the high-voltage system to ensure the safety of test personnel. The equipment has overvoltage and overcurrent protection functions and is equipped with high-voltage hazard warning lights;
 
9. Each circuit of test object is equipped with high-voltage sectioning mechanism. When any circuit breaks down, the circuit of test object will automatically disengage from the high voltage without affecting the test.

12. Fully automatic voltage withstand test. After the test is started, the instrument will automatically switch on and boost the voltage at the boosting speed required by the national standard. When it rises to the predetermined voltage, the test voltage will be counted and maintained. When the time is up, it will automatically reduce the voltage to zero and cut off the power. At the same time, it will display the leakage current of each test object and automatically save the test results.
 
13. It has the function of zero return detection. The test can be carried out only after the zero return is confirmed, which is safe and reliable.
 
14. The insulation shoe test adopts the dry test method of placing small steel balls inside, which breaks away from the traditional practice of pouring water into the shoes for testing and is not easy to dry after the test. The insulating gloves test adopts the water injection test method. The equipment has its own water storage tank to manually inject water into the gloves. The tester only needs to install the gloves as required to improve the work efficiency.
 
15. The measured voltage and current are compared in real-time with high and low voltage to ensure the accuracy of the measured voltage and current.
 
16. High and low voltage are separated, and the leakage current is transmitted back to the control box by anti-interference wireless transmission technology, which greatly protects personal safety.
 
17. Each circuit of test object has a breaking mechanism. When any circuit breaks down or exceeds the set leakage current value, the circuit of test object will automatically leave the test without affecting other test objects.
 
18. The step-up process of the voltage regulator is controlled by a high fineness stepping motor, and the withstand voltage test is fully automatic. After the test starts, the instrument will automatically switch on and automatically boost the voltage at the boosting speed required by the national standard. When it reaches the predetermined voltage, it will start timing and keep the test voltage. When the timing reaches zero, it will automatically reduce the voltage. When it reaches zero, it will automatically power off, prompt the end of the test, display the leakage current of each test object, and automatically save the test results.
