Kdzrs-20a transformer DC resistance tester (hereinafter referred to as DC resistance tester) is the latest generation product of transformer DC resistance measurement. It is optimized for measuring the DC resistance of three-phase winding of large capacity transformer. The three-phase winding DC resistance of the transformer can be tested at the same time. The dual power supply structure is adopted to connect the winding of the transformer yn with tapping to realize three-phase simultaneous power on. The measurement system adopts independent three-channel current sampling and independent three-channel voltage sampling, and simultaneously measures and displays the three-phase resistance value and three-phase unbalance rate. The on load voltage regulating transformer can directly adjust the tap changer without discharging, which greatly shortens the working time and solves the problem of long time-consuming DC resistance test of each tap winding of power transformer. The measurement time is one third of that of traditional single-phase measurement. The DC resistance meter adopts large screen LCD, with full Chinese graphical interface, which is clear and intuitive, and the operation is very simple. It is equipped with panel printer and large capacity nonvolatile memory, which can conveniently store and print measurement results. The test data is stable, fast and repeatable.
