Kdjk-10 single-phase grounding fault locator for distribution overhead lines is applicable to the single-phase grounding fault line of 6-35kV overhead lines. After the line is shut down due to single-phase grounding fault, this equipment can be used to accurately locate the docking point.

Kdjk-10 single-phase grounding fault locator for overhead distribution lines is a set of portable equipment, which can locate faults of multiple lines. The whole set of equipment consists of kdjk-10 transmitter, kdjk-a sensor, kdjk-b receiver and accessories. After the fault line is shut down, the transmitter will apply ultra-low frequency high voltage signal to the line to make the fault reappear. The sensor will be hung on the line with an insulating rod along the line to detect the signal, and the data will be transmitted to the receiver on the ground wirelessly, and the receiver will display the measurement results. Before the fault point, the current continues to exist, and after the fault point, the current disappears. The fault location can be quickly determined by rough segmentation and precise positioning.
