The KD610G insulation oil dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity tester is designed and manufactured according to GB/T5654 and related standards. It adopts microcomputer control, is easy to use, has high measurement accuracy, high testing efficiency, and reduces the labor intensity of test personnel.

Function Introduction

1.The KD610G insulation oil dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity tester is an integrated structure, controlled by a microcontroller. It completes electrode cup heating, temperature control, voltage adjustment, automatic testing, and data printing according to different models or settings;
2. Adopting an 800 × 480 point large screen color touch screen LCD display, thermal printer, Chinese and English display interface, easy to operate;
3. Using standard SF6 capacitors as internal standards, it is less affected by air humidity;
4. It has protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, temperature limit, and limit position;
5. Adopting medium frequency induction heating method to achieve uniform heating of the electrode cup in a short period of time;
6. Test the temperature of the inner electrode using a temperature probe placed inside the electrode cup;
7. The measurement results are accurate, reliable, and have good repeatability.
