Display:
The touch screen or external mouse-operated large LCD interface system displays a range of parameters, including resonant voltage (i.e., the target voltage set before the test), test frequency, measured frequency, low voltage, low current, withstand voltage time, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, flashover protection, phase-by-phase voltage increase and timing, operation mode switching, capacitance, inductance, frequency conversion calculations, and parameter inquiries. Additionally, it can display frequency curves, voltage curves, and other visual data to intuitively assess the accuracy and stability of the resonant frequency during the test.

Settings:
Various parameters can be configured directly using the large, touch-enabled LCD color screen or an external mouse. These settings include start frequency, stop frequency, start voltage, phase-by-phase voltage increase and timing, measurement divider ratio, excitation transformer ratio, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, flashover protection, test mode, capacitance and inductance frequency conversion calculations, parameter setting prompts, and help functions.

Automatic Test Mode:
The system supports operation via touch screen or external mouse and offers three operational states: automatic, semi-automatic, and manual. Functions include voltage ramp-up, tuning (manual and automatic), segmented voltage application and timing, operational state monitoring, mode switching, fault prompts, and capacitance-inductance frequency conversion calculations.

Tuning Range and Frequency Resolution:
Both the tuning range and frequency resolution are configurable. Tuning ranges include 30-300 Hz, 45-100 Hz, and 200-300 Hz, and can be customized to accelerate the tuning process. Frequency resolution can be preset to 0.1 Hz, 0.2 Hz, 0.5 Hz, or 1.0 Hz, allowing for an optimized balance between tuning efficiency and accuracy.

Automatic Tuning Method:
The system employs a rapid tracking method to locate the resonant frequency point within approximately 30-40 seconds. Once tuning is complete, the resonant frequency is locked. If no resonant point is found, the display area shows "Tuning Failed." During manual tuning, if no resonant point is located within the 30-300 Hz range, the display shows "No Resonant Point," and the system automatically disconnects the voltage circuit. Further voltage increases are prohibited to ensure the safety of the test object, equipment, and personnel.

Overcurrent Protection:
The system features multiple layers of automatic overcurrent protection. When the output current of the variable frequency power supply exceeds 1.1 times the rated value or the preset protection value, the system automatically cuts off the output of the entire device.

Overvoltage Protection:
The system includes multiple layers of automatic overvoltage protection. The test voltage value can be manually set. When the test voltage exceeds 1.1 times the preset value, the system quickly cuts off the device's output through both hardware and software.
This ensures the safety of the variable frequency power supply and operators. If the current sensor sampling value exceeds 1.1 times the theoretical value, the output is promptly disconnected to prevent overvoltage due to an error in the divider or its ratio settings.

Flashover and Discharge Protection:
The system features discharge and flashover protection for the test object. If high-voltage discharge or flashover occurs during testing or voltage ramp-up, the system automatically disconnects all devices, ensuring no harm to the testing equipment or personnel. Internal electronic components of the variable frequency power supply remain undamaged.

Power Failure Protection:
The system is equipped with power failure protection. A special protection module is installed at the output end of the variable frequency control power supply. If the input power supply is suddenly cut off during testing or voltage ramp-up, the system absorbs the resonance energy fed back to the host and quickly short-circuits the output, dissipating the energy in the resonance system. This module continues to operate for over 10 seconds after the power supply is interrupted to ensure complete energy dissipation. The system then disconnects all devices, ensuring no harm to equipment or personnel, and preventing damage to internal electronic components of the power supply.

Connection Error Protection:
The system provides protection against connection errors. If the test lines are connected incorrectly or disconnected (e.g.,
variable frequency control power supply, excitation transformer, resonant reactor, capacitive divider, etc.), the system activates protection measures.
