The full-automatic insulation boots and gloves withstand voltage tester is developed and produced in accordance with the requirements of the national standard DL / t1476-2015 preventive test procedures for electric power safety tools and instruments. All indicators of this product meet the requirements of national standards. Intelligent insulation and voltage withstand test can be carried out on safety tools and instruments such as insulating shoes and gloves according to the requirements of the regulations. The resistance test cycle of insulating shoes and gloves is half a year. No breakdown is allowed during the test. Meanwhile, the leakage current of insulating shoes and gloves is not greater than the limit value. The product is applicable to all power related industries

 

Product Features

1. The instrument can test 6 insulating shoes or gloves at the same time and measure the leakage current of each test object.
2. The insulation shoe test adopts the dry test method of placing small steel balls inside, which breaks away from the traditional practice of pouring water into the shoes for testing and is not easy to dry after the test. The glove test adopts the water injection test method. The equipment can automatically inject water into the gloves. The tester only needs to install the gloves as required to improve work efficiency.
3. The measured voltage and current are compared in real-time with high and low voltage to ensure the accuracy of the measured voltage and current.
4. High and low voltage are separated, and the leakage current is transmitted back to the control box by anti-interference wireless transmission technology, which greatly protects personal safety.
5. Each circuit of test object has a breaking mechanism. When any circuit breaks down or exceeds the set leakage current value, the circuit of test object will automatically leave the test without affecting other test objects.
6. The instrument adopts large screen LCD Chinese character display, which displays large amount of information. One screen simultaneously displays parameters such as test voltage, 8-way high-voltage leakage current, perpetual calendar, timing time and Chinese character prompt content.
7. The step-up process of the voltage regulator is controlled by a high fineness stepping motor, and the withstand voltage test is fully automatic. After the test starts, the instrument will automatically switch on and automatically boost the voltage at the boosting speed required by the national standard. When it reaches the predetermined voltage, it will start timing and keep the test voltage. When the timing reaches zero, it will automatically reduce the voltage. When it reaches zero, it will automatically power off, prompt the end of the test, display the leakage current of each test object, and automatically save the test results.
8. The insulating shoe test has a special metal grounding tray, and the insulating glove test has a special container for easy operation.
