Product Introduction
The combined unit tester system is designed according to the relevant technical specifications in DL/T 624-2010 Technical Conditions for Microcomputer based Relay Protection Test Device, and based on IEC61850 communication standard system, the relay protection test device is realized by using advanced computer technology.
The product is equipped with high-performance power amplifier, based on the powerful PowerPC+X86 platform, and adopts modular design. It has the characteristics of powerful function, high accuracy, small size, and light weight. It can test the function and performance of merging units, conventional relay protection devices, digital relay protection device measurement and control devices, and intelligent terminals. It is applicable to power plants, substations, various scientific research institutions, and equipment manufacturers.
 
 
Technical characteristics 12 circuits (6 circuits of voltage and 6 circuits of current) can be output at the same time, adjusted arbitrarily and organized flexibly. Built in industrial personal computer, Windows system, 10.4 ″ true color LCD screen, photoelectric trackball mouse and keypad operation.
 
Intelligent test module It supports the editing of intelligent test templates. During the test process, you can add test items at will and save them as reusable test project files to improve the test efficiency in the later periodic inspection and defect elimination stages.
Automatic test It has local protection and digital protection automatic test functions, and can complete all test items of a single protection device with one key; Digital/analog output It can test the merging unit, protection, measurement and control device and intelligent terminal of the digital substation, as well as the simulated protection, generator transformer unit and other devices;

Main test functions Traditional station protection commissioning: the tester's power amplifier outputs analog current and voltage signals to complete various protection commissioning of the traditional station. Intelligent station protection debugging: the tester outputs 9-2/9-1/FT3 optical digital signals to complete various debugging of intelligent station optical digital relay protection. Merging unit test: the tester can output the collector, FT3, power amplifier voltage and current, cascade voltage, read the merging unit 9-2 or FT3 message, measure the ratio difference, angle difference and time difference of the merging unit, and has the function of first cycle wave recording screen capture of the merging unit.
