The integrated precision oil dielectric loss volume resistivity tester is a high-precision instrument with an integrated structure for measuring dielectric loss angle and volume resistivity of insulating oil and other liquid insulating media. The main components, such as dielectric loss oil cup, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power supply, standard capacitor, high resistance meter, DC high voltage source, are integrated internally. The heating part adopts the most advanced high-frequency induction heating mode, which has the advantages of non-contact between the oil cup and the heating body, uniform heating, fast speed, convenient control, etc.
The AC test power supply adopts AC-DC-AC conversion mode to effectively avoid the influence of mains voltage and frequency fluctuation on the accuracy of dielectric loss test. The instrument can operate correctly even if the generator generates power. The internal standard capacitor is SF6 gas filled three pole capacitor. The dielectric loss and capacitance of the capacitor are not affected by the ambient temperature, humidity, etc., to ensure that the accuracy of the instrument is consistent after a long time of use.
The instrument is equipped with full digital technology, intelligent automatic measurement, multiple modes of measurement, 7-inch large screen touch screen color display, full English menu, English prompts for each step, test results can be printed out, and operators can skillfully use them without professional training.
