The KD7440 Programmable Withstand Voltage Tester offers testing functions including ground resistance, insulation resistance, AC withstand voltage, DC withstand voltage, normal state contact current (dynamic leakage), fault state contact current (static leakage), low-voltage startup, and power measurement. To enhance testing efficiency, the KD7440 provides multifunctional combined testing solutions such as Grounding + AC Withstand Voltage, Grounding + Power, AC Withstand Voltage + Power, and Grounding + AC Withstand Voltage + Power.
The KD7440 continuously monitors the temperature of its internal power components. When the temperature reaches the analyzer's protection limit of 85°C, the analyzer halts testing to ensure safety.
The KD7440 features a switching time of less than 0.1 seconds between test items and for power polarity switching in leakage current tests. This switching time includes the discharge protection and other safety mechanisms for the test items.
For certain high-end models, the KD7440 supports a built-in inspection jig, enabling convenient use and calibration.
