Product Overview

 
The KDZD5550 series voltage breakdown tester can be referred to as an electrical insulation strength tester, dielectric strength tester, etc. The working principle is to apply a voltage higher than normal operation to the insulation of the tested equipment for a specified period of time, and the applied voltage will only produce a small leakage current, indicating good insulation. The testing system consists of three modules: a programmable power supply module, a signal acquisition and conditioning module, and a computer control system, with alarm and time control functions. The

KDZD5550 series voltage breakdown tester is mainly suitable for testing the breakdown strength and withstand voltage of solid insulation materials (such as plastics, rubber, laminated materials, thin films, resins, mica, ceramics, glass, insulation paints, and other insulation materials and components) under power frequency voltage or DC voltage. Designed and manufactured for high-voltage breakdown testing widely used in the power electronics industry, Ministry of Machinery Industry, research institutes,  and insulation material production units.

Product Features
1. The device operates and controls the touch screen.
2. If curve analysis is required, a computer can be equipped to record data and curves only, without equipment control, so that the tester can avoid alternate operation between the computer and equipment, which is more humanized.
3. The equipment has the test parameter memory function. The same test conditions do not need to be set for each test, and the last test setting parameters will still be memorized after power failure.
4. The test interface is simple and clear, and it is equipped with schematic curve description. Different parameters and curve trends make it easy to understand.
5. The control panel is simple, with clear function annotation and simple operation.
6. It can record and display 10 test records at the same time to facilitate the comparative analysis of test data. Any group of data that is not ideal can be discarded at any time.
7. The equipment test interface adopts the real-time display mode, which is more convenient for viewing the test process.
8. The equipment has a safety warning prompt. The test cannot be started without closing the door of the test box, and a warning will pop up. The warning will pop up when the test is full (that is, the high-voltage transformer has no output). If the door is opened during the test, the test will automatically end.
