The KDZD5000Z Power Quality Analyzer is a comprehensive testing instrument developed by our company for on-site testing, which is three-phase, multifunctional, intelligent, and has simple human-machine operation. It has the characteristics of easy to use, large LCD color screen display, high resolution, bilingual operation interface in Chinese and English, and box structure shell. Can simultaneously measure 4 currents (ABC three-phase and neutral line currents), 4 voltages (ABC three-phase voltage and neutral line to ground voltage), peak values of current and voltage, maximum and minimum values over a period of time, three-phase imbalance, short-term voltage flicker, transformer K-factor, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, displacement power factor, active energy, reactive energy, apparent energy, harmonic ratio, total harmonic distortion, etc; Display real-time waveforms of current and voltage, phasor diagrams, and harmonic ratio bar charts; Dynamic capture of instantaneous changes in voltage and current, monitoring of starting current, monitoring of various power parameters and generating alarm lists, long-term recording of test data and generation of trend curves, and other functions. In current power applications, faults caused by more and more large-scale electrical equipment and complex power grid systems are becoming increasingly complex and difficult to troubleshoot. Moreover, the development of various industries has put forward higher requirements for the power quality of the power grid. Therefore, we provide a measurement and analysis instrument that can quickly and accurately eliminate complex power system faults, and monitor and maintain power quality parameters more comprehensively and systematically. The KDZD5000Z power quality analyzer adopts a dual processor architecture of DSP+ARM. DSP is responsible for data acquisition and algorithm processing, while ARM is responsible for communication protocol and human-machine interface processing; Two ADI company resolution 16 bit 4-channel synchronous sampling are used for analog signal acquisition, achieving a maximum sampling rate of 1MSPS, ensuring the accuracy and information integrity of the channels, and not missing any transient changes in the power grid, making the detection of transient waveforms, sudden rise and fall, instantaneous interruptions, etc. more accurate; DSP has a working frequency of over 200MHz, which can monitor the power grid in a timely manner and dynamically adjust the sampling frequency to achieve synchronization between power frequency and sampling frequency; Using a 5.6-inch LCD color screen display with a resolution of 640 dots x 480 dots, different colors are used to distinguish the parameters, waveform, phasor, and harmonic ratio of each phase, allowing users to more efficiently and intuitively understand the status of power grid parameters. The built-in flash memory can simultaneously store 60 sets of screenshots, 150 sets of transient voltage/current capture waveforms, 12800 sets of alarm logs, and the startup current detection mode can continuously capture the startup current waveform for 100 seconds. The built-in 2G memory card is used to store long-term trend curve records, and to record 20 electricity parameters (optional). It can be collected and recorded once every 5 seconds, and can record and store trend curve records for up to 300 days.

Basic Function Introduction:

1. 2. Capture and monitoring functions: It can capture and detect instantaneous changes in the voltage and current parameters of the power grid, including voltage and current fluctuations, voltage and current surges, drops, short-term interruptions, transient overvoltage, surge current, and instantaneous distortion of current and voltage. The instrument can store up to 150 sets of transient waveforms simultaneously.
3. Start current monitoring: It can monitor the surge current of the circuit and the starting current of electrical equipment during startup, which helps to design the installed capacity correctly. It can display the rise/fall curve of the effective value during the startup process, the envelope curve of the startup current, and the waveforms of four currents and four voltages. After triggering, it can record for about 100 seconds, storing all instantaneous current and voltage values and waveform curves for each cycle within 100 seconds.
4. Record storage function: All testing parameters for basic testing functions (Urms, Uthd, Ucm, Uub, Hz, Vrms, Vthd, Vcm, Vub, PST, Arms, Athd, Acf, Aunb, KF, W, VAR, VA, PF, COS) can be tested φ TAN φ, Record 123 parameters of voltage 50th harmonic and current 50th harmonic, and generate trend curves. Long term data recording can be performed as needed. (Selecting 20 parameters at the same time and recording them every 5 seconds can record for approximately 300 days.)
5. Alarm function: Limits can be set for selected parameters as needed to monitor whether they exceed the limit. When they exceed the limit, an alarm log will be generated, such as voltage overvoltage, current overcurrent, imbalance exceeding the limit, a certain harmonic ratio exceeding the limit, frequency exceeding the limit, active power exceeding the limit, total harmonic distortion exceeding the limit, etc. Up to 40 sets of alarm monitoring parameters can be set, and each set can set different monitoring parameters (including 123 different parameters for 50 harmonics) and limits. The shortest time for exceeding the limit can be set. Up to 12800 sets of alarm log records can be stored.
6. Screenshot function: On any test page, you can take a screenshot to store the current screen image, while automatically saving the recorded time and test mode. Such as saving current and voltage waves, harmonic bar charts, phasor diagrams, etc. Up to 60 sets of screenshots can be saved simultaneously.
7. Communication function: By communicating with the computer via USB, the monitoring software can display real-time waveforms of power quality analysis tests, and can read transient waveforms, trend chart records, alarm lists, test screenshots, etc. detected and captured.
8. Setting functions: Users can set the time and date, set the contrast and brightness of the display screen, and set the corresponding colors of each phase line in the instrument; Can set the wiring method and power grid type of the instrument; Different current clamps and voltage test ratios can be selected; You can choose between Chinese or English menus.
9. Chinese/English Help Menu: At each stage of the operation, you can press the "Help" button at any time to obtain relevant help information.
