The transformer energy efficiency grade comprehensive tester is a precision instrument used to measure transformer capacity, no-load, load and other characteristic parameters. This instrument is a multi-functional measuring instrument, equivalent to the usual two test instruments: transformer capacity tester + transformer no-load tester. It can accurately measure a series of power frequency parameters such as capacity, type, no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit (load) loss, impedance voltage, etc. of various transformers. This product has many advantages such as small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, and simple operation. It can replace the previous method of using multiple meters to measure transformer loss and capacity. The wiring is simpler, and testing and recording are more convenient, which greatly improves your work efficiency.

4. Insulation strength

Functional characteristics

1. It can accurately measure the capacity of various distribution transformers, conveniently and accurately.

2. It can measure the no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit voltage, and short-circuit (load) loss of the transformer.

3. The instrument automatically switches the range, allowing a wide range of voltage and current to be measured, and the wiring is simple.

4. A single machine can complete the measurement of the load test of distribution transformers below 1000KVA at full current; it can complete the measurement of the load test of distribution transformers below 3150KVA at one-third of the rated current (at one-third of the rated current, the instrument can convert to the load loss parameters at the rated current).

5. All test results are automatically corrected. The instrument can automatically perform various corrections such as waveform correction, temperature correction, non-rated voltage correction, non-rated current correction, etc., to make the test results more accurate.

6. It uses a 7-inch touch screen, a full Chinese menu and operation prompts to achieve friendly human-computer dialogue, the touch screen makes the operation easier, and the wide temperature LCD has brightness adjustment, which can adapt to all seasons in winter and summer.

7. It comes with a real-time electronic clock, which automatically records the date and time of the test, which is conducive to the preservation and management of the experimental results.

8. The panel thermal printer can quickly print the test results on site.

9. The data (test sample settings, measurement results, test time, etc.) has power-off storage and browsing functions, which can store more than 1,000 sets of experimental results, and the USB can export the test data.

10. It allows external voltage transformers and current transformers to perform extended range measurements, and can measure any parameter of the test sample.

11. The instrument can accurately measure and judge the energy efficiency level of 10kV distribution transformers, and corresponding to the energy efficiency level, the oil-immersed transformer loss can be measured to S22 (electrical steel strip) and SH25 (amorphous alloy); the dry transformer loss can be measured to SCB18 (electrical steel strip) and SCBH19 (amorphous alloy).
