Kdzd-gz dry air generator adopts multi-stage filtration system. As the "strong composite molecular adsorbent" independently developed by our company is adopted, the dew point of the product gas will be rapidly reduced to below - 70 ºC no matter how much the water content in the air is.

 

Some small water droplets and particles flowing with the compressed air are intercepted when passing through the primary filter; The compressed air then enters the refrigerator, and the temperature of the compressed air in the refrigerator drops to 4 ºC, and the water vapor reaches the saturated state again and condenses into liquid water to deposit in the refrigerator; The atmospheric dew point of the compressed air is about - 22 ° C after passing through the precision filter with filter precision of 0.1 µ m and 0.01 µ m; After entering the adsorption tower, the water molecules in the air are adsorbed by the strong composite molecular adsorbent, and other air components are discharged from the dry air generator.
