Product features
1. Output function:
1. There is a continuous adjustable working power supply of 0~25.00V.DC that can be used as a two-wire transmitter, and a DC voltage signal of 0~199.99mV.DC that can be used as the analog output signal of various thermocouples.

Front panel function description:
☆ Three-channel current output and millivolt output are output through the front panel jack. Each output signal is corresponding to two sockets. The red socket is the signal "+", and the black socket is the signal "-"; When three circuits of current are output, the signal line needs to be short-circuited or connected to the load.
☆ Display selection. The instrument can display ten values: four measured values and six output values (including three active current outputs, one millivolt output, one frequency output and one "0~25.00V" voltage output). There are nine display selection keys (No. 2-10) in the instrument. The measured value or instrument output value can be switched to the display by pressing the corresponding key for the user to read. The output value and the measured value are independent of each other.
☆ The output signal size is adjusted by the corresponding adjustment knob (No. 23-32) (see Figure 1).
☆ When the measured signal or output signal of the instrument exceeds the range, the LED display flashes.

Instructions for each function of the instrument:
The various functions of the instrument are mainly designed for industrial automation instruments. It is different from the universal multimeter. It can be said that the instrument is the multimeter and signal source of industrial automation.
☆ Frequency measurement function: frequency measurement is designed according to the characteristics of frequency signals of current automatic instruments (turbine, vortex flowmeter, etc.). During measurement, connect the positive end of the measured frequency signal from the Ftest+jack on the rear panel, and connect the Ftest - jack to the negative end of the frequency. Press the Ftest key on the front panel, and the frequency value can be observed in the LED display window.
☆ Frequency output function: the frequency output by the instrument is the standard TTL level square wave signal. After the instrument is powered on, the frequency is output from the rear panel, the positive end of the output frequency of the Fout+jack, and the negative end of the output frequency of the Fout -. Press the Fout key on the front panel, and the output frequency value can be observed in the LED display window. Adjust the coarse and fine adjustment knobs of the frequency output on the front panel to adjust the output frequency value.
☆ Voltage measurement function: the DC voltage measurement function of the instrument is designed as (0~40V. DC), which can be used to measure the 24V. DC power supply voltage, 1~5V. DC, 0~10V. DC voltage signal of the field III instrument. During the measurement, connect the positive end of the measured voltage from the Vtest+jack on the rear panel, and connect the Vtest - jack on the rear panel to the negative end of the voltage. Press the Vtest key on the front panel, and the voltage value can be observed in the LED display window.
☆ DC voltage output function: instrument DC voltage source (0~25.0V.DC, 40mA, please do not operate with short circuit or overload, otherwise the overload will burn the instrument this function): after the instrument is powered on, the DC voltage source is output from the rear panel, the positive end of the output voltage of the Vout+jack, the negative end of the output voltage of the Vout - jack, press the Vout key on the front panel, the voltage output value can be observed in the LED display window, and the coarse adjustment of the front panel voltage output can be adjusted Adjust the knob to adjust the output voltage.
☆ Millivolt output function: Millivolt output is output from the front panel jack (the output mode is selected by the front mAIII/mV key, not pressing this key is mA output mode, pressing this key is mV output mode); Press the mAIII/mV key and IIIEXT/INT key. At this time, the mVout output jack on the front panel has a millivolt signal. Adjust the coarse and fine adjustment knob of the third current output on the front panel to obtain the required millivolt value. Press the mAIII key, and then the LED displays the output millivolt value.
☆ Millivolt measurement function: during measurement, the mVtest on the rear panel is connected to the positive end of the measured millivolt signal, and the mVtest on the rear panel is connected to the negative end of the measured millivolt signal. Press the mVtest key on the front panel, and the measured millivolt value can be observed in the LED window.
☆ mA output function: the instrument has three independent constant current circuits, which are selected by the IEXT/INT, IIEXT/INT and IIIEXT/INT keys on the front panel. Press the key, and the circuit current will work. The current is output from the jack on the front panel. Take the first current output as an example to illustrate the working process of the instrument. Connect the load to the current output jack mAIout of the front panel with the connecting wire, and power the instrument. Press IEXT/INT, press mAI key (the first current output display), and adjust the first coarse and fine adjustment knob to get the current output value you need.
☆ Thermal resistance simulation function: This function is equivalent to a resistance box. We select the precision resistance with accuracy of 2/10000 according to the dividing resistance value of Pt100. The user only needs to select the knob on the front panel to the corresponding temperature gear, and the corresponding resistance value can be output at the wiring terminal on the rear panel.
 
Application examples
This instrument is a multi-functional comprehensive calibration instrument, and the combination of instruments on site is also diverse. Therefore, we cannot explain the calibration of various instruments on site one by one. The following is just to illustrate the use of the multi-function combination of this instrument with the wiring of several representative instruments as an example.
