The KDZR-10A transformer DC resistance tester is a high-precision replacement product that replaces DC single and double arm bridges. The measurement of DC resistance is a testing project for semi-finished and finished products in the manufacturing of inductive coils such as transformers, transformers, reactors, and electromagnetic operating mechanisms, including factory testing, installation, handover testing, and preventive testing by the power department. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as loose materials, welding, and connection parts, missing strands, and broken wires of inductive coils, and eliminate hidden dangers in device operation. In order to meet the needs of rapid measurement of DC resistance of inductive coils, our company has developed this DC resistance tester using our own technological advantages.
The power supply technology adopted by the KDZR-10A transformer DC resistance tester has the characteristics of small size, light weight, large output current, wide range, digital display, and internal lithium battery power supply. The entire machine is controlled by a microcontroller and automatically performs functions such as self inspection, data processing, and display. It has automatic discharge and discharge indication functions. The instrument has high testing accuracy, simple operation, and can achieve rapid measurement of direct resistance.
The KDZR-10A transformer DC resistance tester adopts switch power technology, which displays the measurement results on a four and a half position LCD liquid crystal, displaying the ambient temperature or test current value. It overcomes the disadvantage of other similar products where LED display values are difficult to read in sunlight, and also has automatic arc suppression function.
