Product Introduce
Before the new high-voltage transmission line is put into operation, in addition to checking the insulation of the line and checking the phase, various power frequency parameter values should also be measured as the actual basis for calculating the short-circuit current of the system, setting relay protection, calculating the power flow distribution and selecting a reasonable operation mode. Generally, the parameters to be measured include DC resistance R, positive sequence impedance Z1, zero sequence impedance Z0, positive sequence capacitance C1 and zero sequence capacitance C0, and inter phase capacitance C12. For multiple circuits erected on the same pole or lines with short distance and long parallel section, the coupling capacitance cm and mutual inductance impedance ZM shall also be measured. Before measuring parameters, it is necessary to record relevant design data of the line, such as line name, voltage class, line length, tower type, conductor model and cross section, and make a test plan according to these data and site conditions. In the traditional test of power frequency parameters of transmission lines, three-phase autotransformer and large capacity isolation transformer are used to provide the test power supply, CT and Pt used for power measurement are used for electrical signal conversion, and finally, pointer type high-precision voltmeter, ammeter and power meter are used to measure various electrical parameters, and finally the test results of power frequency parameters of transmission lines are calculated. This makes the whole set of test equipment bulky and heavy, requiring the cooperation of cranes, which is very unfavorable for on-site measurement. Moreover, since the test power supply is a power frequency power supply, it is very easy to mix with the coupled power frequency interference signal, resulting in large measurement error. It is necessary to greatly improve the signal-to-noise ratio, which further improves the capacity and volume of the power supply. This instrument can accurately measure the power frequency parameters (positive sequence capacitance, zero sequence capacitance, positive sequence impedance, zero sequence impedance, mutual inductance and coupling capacitance, phase-to-phase capacitance, etc.) of various high-voltage transmission lines (overhead, cable, overhead cable hybrid, multi circuit erection on the same tower). The instrument meets the requirements of the code for start-up acceptance of basic construction projects of 110 kV and above power transmission and transformation, DL / t559-94 code for operation and setting of relay protection devices of 220-500kV power grid and gb50150-2016. The instrument adopts an integrated structure, with a built-in variable frequency power supply module, and can output power with variable frequency and voltage regulation. The digital filtering technology avoids the interference of power frequency electric field to the test, and fundamentally solves the problem of accurate measurement under strong electric field interference.
