Kdhg-f1 transformer comprehensive characteristic tester is a multifunctional field test instrument specially designed for testing transformer: volt ampere characteristic, transformation ratio, polarity, error curve, calculation inflection point, AC withstand voltage and secondary side circuit inspection. During the experiment, only the test voltage and current values need to be set, and the equipment can automatically boost voltage / current, and quickly display the volt ampere characteristic curve, transformation ratio, polarity and other experimental results of the transformer. It supports data storage and field printing. It not only saves the tedious work of manual voltage regulation, manual recording, curve tracing and so on, but also uploads the test data to the computer through the USB interface for editing, saving or printing. It is a high-tech product with high cost performance ratio, which is easy to operate and improves work efficiency. The volt ampere characteristic test is based on the advanced frequency conversion principle. The maximum output is only 180V AC voltage and 5A (peak 15a) AC current, but it can cope with the CT test with the inflection point as high as 45kv. It has comprehensive functions and can be used to test the steady-state or transient characteristics of various types of CT and Pt, such as excitation, transformation ratio, phase, polarity, secondary winding resistance, load, ratio difference and angle difference. Automatically give inflection point voltage / current, 10% error curve, 5% error curve, accuracy limit factor (ALF), instrument security factor (FS), secondary time constant (TS), remanence coefficient (KR), accuracy level, saturated and unsaturated inductance and other parameters. CT and Pt can be tested and calculated according to different standards such as GB1208-2006 (iec60044-1) and gb16847-1997 (iec60044-6). Friendly and beautiful interface, 5.7-inch graphical LCD display, all Chinese graphical interface. It is operated with a rotating photoelectric mouse, which is simple, fast, convenient and easy to master. The device can store 3000 groups of test data without losing power.
