The KDKC-2020 transformer on load tap changer tester adopts computer control. Through a specially designed measurement circuit, it can measure the transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, three-phase synchronicity, and other parameters of the on load tap changer. Users can directly measure them through the tap changer lead according to their needs and on-site conditions, or directly connect them through the transformer's three-phase bushing and neutral point. The KDKC-2020 transformer on load tap changer tester has functions such as displaying, analyzing, storing, and printing the measured data. Solved the problem of outdated measurement methods and lack of specialized testing methods for on load tap changers in current power transformers. It is of great significance to timely diagnose potential faults of on load tap changer during preventive testing of power equipment and transformer overhaul, in order to improve the reliability of power system operation.
